This program provides funding to organizations delivering comprehensive, family-centered HIV care and support services to low-income women (25+), infants (up to 2 years), children (2–12), and youth (13–24) with HIV. The goal is to improve access to coordinated HIV medical care, case management, behavioral health, nutrition, and referrals to specialty care. Part D is unique within the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program as it can also support services for affected family members when it directly enables care or removes barriers for the person with HIV, or promotes family stability.
