This opportunity funds the provision of comprehensive, family-centered HIV medical care and support services for low-income women (25+), infants (up to 2 years), children (2–12), and youth (13–24) with HIV, as well as certain affected family members, within designated service areas. The goal is to improve access to coordinated, high-quality HIV care, support viral suppression, and address barriers to care for disproportionately impacted populations. Services may include medical case management, behavioral health, nutrition, specialty referrals, and support for participation in clinical research.
