Key Information: No cost sharing or matching required.
This program provides funding to support the delivery of family-centered care in outpatient or ambulatory settings for low-income women (25+), infants (up to 2 years), children (2–12), and youth (13–24) with HIV. The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part D aims to improve access to comprehensive and coordinated HIV medical care and support services, which may include case management, behavioral health, nutrition, and referrals to specialty care. Notably, Part D is the only RWHAP component that may also fund services for affected individuals not living with HIV, when such services enable their participation in the care of a person with HIV, directly remove barriers to care, or promote family stability.
