Description
This opportunity funds a cooperative agreement to support the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program at Schofield Barracks and associated training areas on Oahu, Hawaii. The project focuses on cyclical vegetation management (mowing, brush and tree control, revegetation) and berm maintenance (building, rebuilding, and maintaining berms on live fire ranges) to ensure environmental safety, maintain training infrastructure, and support Army mission readiness. Tasks will be performed at Schofield Barracks, South Range, East Range, Kahuku Training Area, Dillingham Training Area, and Kawailoa.
The recipient will work closely with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Range Division Hawaii, following detailed requirements for safety, reporting, and coordination.
