Medicine (MD, DO) 2. Dentistry (DDS, DMD) 3. Other health disciplines (DVM, OD, DPM, PharmD, DC) 4. Behavioral and mental health (graduate degrees in clinical psychology, clinical social work, gerontological counseling, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling) 5. Public health (graduate degrees in health administration, public health) 6. Allied health (bachelor’s/graduate degrees in dietetics, audiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology, dental hygiene, medical laboratory technology, radiologic technology) 7. Nursing (associate, bachelor’s, and graduate degrees; pre-nursing not eligible) 8. Midwifery (certified nursing and non-nursing graduate degrees; pre-nursing/pre-midwifery not eligible) 9.
