The Colorado School Transformation Network is a collaborative initiative led by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to accelerate student achievement in select schools facing persistent performance challenges. Participating schools receive targeted support, resources, and flexibility, including access to diagnostic reviews, professional learning with peer cohorts, supplemental grant funding, and expert coaching. The Network's approach is grounded in four improvement domains: equitable school culture, instructional transformation, talent development, and leadership. Schools work closely with a dedicated Transformation Support Manager and a district partner to develop and implement customized improvement strategies, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and sustainable change.
