This program funds projects that enhance curricula in agricultural education, strengthen faculty teaching competencies, and foster student interest in scientific and professional careers in the food and agricultural sciences. It aims to promote the integration of agriscience and agribusiness content into other instructional programs (especially science, business, and consumer education), facilitate collaborative initiatives among educational institutions, and support agriculture in the classroom programs for grades K–12. The program encourages partnerships that maximize the use of faculty, facilities, and resources to improve agriscience and agribusiness education at the secondary and postsecondary levels.
