The Alabama Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, administered by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA), provides funding to non-entitlement local governments for projects that revitalize neighborhoods, improve public infrastructure, support housing rehabilitation, and enhance overall community quality of life.
