Description
This program, offered by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, is designed to foster connection, collaboration, and capacity-building among leaders of color at local nonprofits throughout the Sacramento region. Cultivate addresses persistent funding gaps and barriers faced by BIPOC-led organizations by providing a supportive space for learning, networking, and leadership development. Participants benefit from personalized coaching, peer learning, and opportunities to strengthen their fundraising and organizational impact. The program is free for participants, supported by philanthropic gifts to the Foundation's Impact Fund.
