This opportunity supports projects that develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for all victims of crime throughout the United States and its territories. Eligible projects may provide direct services to a broad range of crime victims, including children, youth, older adults, and victims of elder abuse, fraud, exploitation, and other crimes (excluding human trafficking, which has separate funding streams). Funded services may include emergency assistance, case management, shelter and housing, medical and dental care, advocacy, transportation, childcare, legal services, and employment assistance. All proposed activities must directly address the needs of crime victims.
