--- ## Description This funding opportunity supports organizations in developing, expanding, and strengthening victim service programs for all victims of crime across the United States and its territories. The program aims to increase both the quality and quantity of services available to victims through three main categories: - **Category 1: Services to Child and Youth Victims** — For projects serving individuals who were 17 or younger at the time of victimization. - **Category 2: Services to Elder Victims of Abuse, Fraud, and Exploitation** — For projects serving individuals who were 55 or older at the time of victimization. - **Category 3: Services to Other Crime Victims** — For projects serving victims of crimes not involving child or elder victimization (human trafficking is excluded).
