Description
This program funds Kansas-based organizations to provide intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault. Services may extend to family and household members of victims, as well as others affected by sexual assault, with the goal of ensuring trauma-informed, accessible, and culturally effective support. The funding is intended to establish, maintain, and expand rape crisis centers and other nonprofit or Tribal programs dedicated to sexual assault survivors.
