Description
This grant, jointly funded by the Sigma Foundation for Nursing and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Foundation, supports high-quality nursing research aimed at advancing the specialized practice of emergency nursing. All relevant research topics are considered, but priority is given to studies that align with ENA’s research initiatives, such as workplace wellbeing, nurse wellbeing, workplace violence prevention, patient care quality, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The goal is to foster innovation and evidence-based improvements within the field of emergency nursing.
