The Simons Society of Fellows – Junior Fellows program supports exceptional early-career scientists to conduct independent research at educational institutions in New York City. Fellows become part of a vibrant, interdisciplinary community, engaging in weekly lectures, dinners, an annual conference, and a weekend retreat. The program aims to foster collaboration across mathematics, computer and information science, life sciences, and physical and engineering sciences. Up to 15 Junior Fellows are selected each cycle, with a highly competitive selection rate.
