--- ## Description This opportunity, issued by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) at NIH, will fund a single coordinating center to support the continued follow-up and outcome data collection for approximately 25,000 participants in the Electronic Medical Records and Genomics (eMERGE) Network. The center will: - Extend participant follow-up from a minimum of 1 year to at least 4 years. - Assess longer-term adherence to and outcomes of genomically informed risk assessment (GIRA)-based preventive recommendations among clinicians and participants. - Identify correlates of adherence by condition, participant age, demographics, and social determinants of health.
