    Description

    This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) invites an application for a single-source cooperative agreement to renew the Data Translation Center for the NHLBI HeartShare phenomics program. The Center will coordinate the overall project, oversee enrollment of a cohort of patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), curate and analyze deep phenotyping data, and support planning, implementation, and data analysis for clinical trials. The HeartShare program aims to refine heart failure subtypes and identify targeted treatments for personalized clinical trials.
