This opportunity supports the establishment and operation of the Region 1 Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center (SBTTAC), formerly known as the Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC). The program aims to strengthen the capacity and competitiveness of small businesses in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont to compete for and perform on federal, state, local, and private transportation contracts.
