Description
This opportunity supports the establishment and operation of a Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center (SBTTAC) for Region 4, funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). The center will deliver outreach, technical assistance, business training, counseling, capital access support, and other services to small businesses, with the goal of strengthening their ability to compete for and perform on federal, state, and local transportation contracts. The program emphasizes measurable outcomes, compliance with federal regulations, and strong organizational capacity.
