Description
This opportunity, funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), will support one organization to establish and operate the Region 4 Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center (SBTTAC). The center will deliver outreach, technical assistance, business training, counseling, and financial guidance to help small businesses in the designated region compete for and manage DOT-funded transportation contracts at the federal, state, and local levels. Emphasis is placed on measurable outcomes, including capital infusion, business counseling hours, and structured training sessions, all tracked through OSDBU’s CRM system. The program seeks to strengthen the capacity, competitiveness, and readiness of small businesses in the transportation sector.
