Description
This opportunity funds a Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center (SBTTAC) for Region 4, administered by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). The awardee will deliver technical and financial assistance, business training, counseling, outreach, and other support to help small businesses in Region 4 (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, and Tennessee) become more competitive for USDOT-funded transportation contracts at the federal, state, and local levels. The program aims to expand small business capacity, increase access to capital, and improve readiness for transportation contracting.
