The CHANGE Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by UN Women alongside other UN entities, invites grassroots civil society organizations (CSOs) in Kazakhstan to apply for small grants. The program aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of local organizations, particularly those working to prevent and eliminate gender-based violence (GBV), address harmful social norms, empower women-led initiatives, and promote women's leadership in decision-making. Grants are intended to support capacity-building activities, enhance organizational systems, provide technical and managerial training, and equip organizations to be more effective advocates for ending violence against women and girls.
