This small grants program, offered by UN Women Sri Lanka, aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of women-led civil society organizations (CSOs) and those working on gender equality within the framework of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda. Grants are intended to support organizations engaged in post-conflict reconciliation, climate security and peacebuilding, feminist responses to economic insecurity, and legal and policy reform related to WPS. The funding is exclusively for institutional strengthening (not programmatic activities), such as improving organizational systems, training staff, or limited equipment purchases. The program seeks to empower CSOs to advance gender equality, peacebuilding, and resilience in Sri Lanka.
