--- ## Description The Small Project Grant program, administered by the Five Wings Arts Council and funded by the McKnight Foundation, provides support for arts projects that foster the development of local or regional artists, arts resources, or arts audiences within Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties of north central Minnesota. Eligible projects include the creation and production of arts programs, events, workshops, organizational development, guest artist engagements, publications, and initiatives that broaden public access to the arts. The program aims to stimulate high-quality artistic experiences and enrich the regional community through education, participation, and cultural engagement. Funded projects must be completed within 12 months of notification. --- ## Due Dates - January 2, 2026: Application submission deadline (first Friday of each month; board does not meet in July and December) - Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis each month, except July and December.
