Description
This opportunity provides funding for state, local, and tribal governments to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive and collaborative reentry strategies for individuals returning to communities from adult correctional facilities. The goal is to increase the likelihood of successful reentry and reduce recidivism by supporting evidence-based interventions that address a range of reentry needs. Eligible interventions are guided by the Second Chance Act and may include services such as employment assistance, housing, substance use treatment, and other supports critical for successful reintegration.
