--- ## Description This program funds state, local, and Tribal governments to develop and implement comprehensive reentry strategies that increase the likelihood of successful reintegration for adults leaving prisons, jails, or supervision. Projects must establish or expand interventions designed to reduce recidivism, addressing a range of reentry needs as outlined in Section 101, subsection (b) of the Second Chance Act (34 USC §10631).
