Description
The SMRP Municipal Technical Assistance program, administered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, offers Massachusetts cities and towns up to 80 hours of hands-on support from a MassDEP Municipal Assistance Coordinator (MAC) for a single recycling, solid waste, or Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) project.
