Description
The SOAP-FAER Mentored Research Training Grant is a biannual, collaborative initiative between the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology (SOAP) and the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER). The program is designed to develop the next generation of physician-investigators in obstetric anesthesiology and perinatology by providing two years of mentored research support. The grant aims to advance knowledge, research, and best practices in obstetric anesthesia care, ultimately improving the health of pregnant women and their babies. Awardees are expected to develop the skills and preliminary data necessary to become independent researchers and to compete for federal funding in this field.
