The Southwest Badger Natural Resource Conservation Fund provides annual grant support for projects, programs, and services that protect, conserve, restore, and enhance land, water, and related natural resources in southern Wisconsin. The fund’s mission is to ensure the sustainability and quality of the region’s natural resource base for future generations, especially across Crawford, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, La Crosse, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon counties. The fund is guided by a volunteer advisory board that reviews and selects projects aligning with its goals of environmental stewardship and positive community impact.
