Description
The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) Member Chapter Scholarships are annual awards distributed by 22 regional chapters, providing more than 43 scholarships each year. These scholarships are designed to encourage academic achievement and foster interest in the iron and steel industry by supporting qualified students and, in some cases, faculty. Each chapter sets its own eligibility criteria, award amounts, and focus areas, but most scholarships target undergraduate and graduate students pursuing engineering, metallurgy, materials science, or closely related STEM fields with a demonstrated interest in the steel industry.
