The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is offering a cooperative agreement to enhance and expand the delivery of its Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Staffing Analysis Implementation Program. This program is designed to provide federal, state, local, and tribal corrections agencies with specialized, hands-on training in staffing analysis, using industry-standard NIC methodologies. The awardee will be responsible for delivering multiple iterations of the training, providing individualized coaching, and supporting agencies as they conduct staffing analyses of their own facilities. The goal is to improve correctional staffing practices, operational safety, and resource allocation through evidence-based training and technical assistance.
