The Standard and Community-Led Conference Awards, administered by the California Breast Cancer Research Program (CBCRP) at the University of California, support the organization of conferences, symposia, retreats, or similar meetings that aim to stimulate new ideas and foster collaborations in breast cancer research and related areas. The Community-Led Conference Award includes a letter of intent (LOI) process, providing applicants with feedback before submitting a full application. Both award types are designed to encourage knowledge exchange and partnership development within the California breast cancer research community, with a strong emphasis on advocacy involvement and addressing CBCRP priority issues.
