Description
This opportunity supports hypothesis-driven research projects utilizing data from the American Heart Association's (AHA) Get With The Guidelines® (GWTG) program. Proposals must be original and not overlap with published GWTG research. Projects are investigator-led, with the goal of producing a draft manuscript for peer-reviewed publication. While standard proposals do not provide direct research funding, the AHA offers mentorship from expert physician-scientist volunteers and guidance from AHA staff. Early career investigators may apply for a Seed Grant to support conference and publication expenses.

Funding Amount

Eligibility
- Lead authors must be active AHA members.

Proposal Preparation:

- For Early Career Seed Grant, include a current CV and submit by October 16.
