Description
The States’ Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP) is the primary investment tool of the Delta Regional Authority (DRA), designed to strengthen regional economies across parts of Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee. SEDAP funds projects that improve basic public and transportation infrastructure, support business development (with a focus on entrepreneurship), and advance workforce development. The program aims to create or retain jobs, provide job training, and deliver measurable community benefits, with a strong emphasis on serving economically distressed areas.
