--- ## Description This one-year fellowship supports research into the benefits and drawbacks for communities that collaborate regionally, rather than individually, to implement Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Permit minimum measures related to stormwater discharge into public waters. The fellow will evaluate municipal operations such as infrastructure inspection, municipal operations management, and stormwater data monitoring, aiming to recommend which operations are best suited for a regional approach.
