The Strategies for Success program is designed to support the creation, development, and stabilization of arts organizations in Pennsylvania whose missions and artistic programming are deeply rooted in, and reflective of, specific cultures, heritages, and regions. The program offers a combination of implementation awards, technical assistance, and professional development workshops and conferences. Participating organizations work closely with an organizational development consultant to set and achieve both short- and long-term goals. Engagement is structured by organizational readiness (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced), with continued participation and funding contingent upon meeting annual evaluation and participation requirements.
