This opportunity supports one cooperative agreement recipient to serve as the Evaluation Provider (EP) for a three-year initiative under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS). The EP will collaborate with the separately funded Implementation Technical Assistance Provider (ITAP) and up to eight sub-awarded implementation sites. The initiative uses implementation science to adapt, implement, and rigorously evaluate interventions designed to improve engagement and retention in care among men with HIV who are not consistently engaged or are experiencing barriers to care. The EP will lead a multi-site evaluation, provide evaluation-specific technical assistance to sites, and rapidly integrate findings into user-friendly materials to support future replication and scale-up.
