This funding opportunity will support one cooperative agreement recipient to serve as the Evaluation Provider (EP) for a national initiative focused on men with HIV who are not consistently engaged in care or face barriers to retention. The EP will lead a multi-site evaluation and provide evaluation-specific technical assistance to up to eight implementation sites (sub-awarded by a separately funded Implementation Technical Assistance Provider, or ITAP). The initiative leverages implementation science to adapt, implement, and rigorously evaluate interventions, with an emphasis on rapid adaptation and dissemination of generalizable findings. The work directly aligns with the Ryan White Program 2030 (RWP2030) framework, aiming to sustain and expand high-quality care for people with HIV, especially those who are undiagnosed or out-of-care.
