Description
This program provides supplemental funding to organizations previously awarded under Funding Strategy 1 of CDC-RFA-PW-24-0080, aiming to strengthen public health systems and services through national partnerships. The funding supports capacity-building assistance (CBA) activities across several strategic areas: organizational capacity and performance improvement, workforce development, data modernization and informatics, partnership development, and policy/programs. The initiative seeks to improve public health infrastructure, enhance health outcomes, and reduce health inequities at national, state, local, tribal, and territorial levels.
