    Description

The Campus Compact Student Design Fellows Program is a transformative, two-year fellowship designed to empower students to shape the future of civic leadership development. Through a student-driven design process, fellows work closely with Campus Compact staff, member campuses, and national partners to research, review best practices, conduct interviews, and facilitate inquiry workshops. The program's mission is to broaden civic leadership practices, foster inclusive engagement (with a focus on community colleges and minority-serving institutions), support student activists, develop student connection opportunities, expand professional certification, and create pathways for public service careers. Fellows play a central role in designing and implementing innovative strategies and a strategic plan for student-facing civic leadership initiatives nationwide.
