Description
The Suffolk Carers Fund, managed by the Suffolk Community Foundation and funded by Suffolk County Council, provides grants to organisations supporting adults who provide unpaid care to family or friends who are older, disabled, or seriously ill. The fund is designed to help carers sustain their wellbeing, increase their sense of choice and control, and balance their caring responsibilities with other aspects of life. Priority is given to grassroots and community organisations, as well as innovative projects that fill gaps in existing support—such as recreational activities, dementia cafés, technology training, and similar initiatives.
