Description
This program funds organizations to accelerate small business supplier development and address barriers to participation in key U.S. supply chains. The focus is on providing technical assistance, industry engagement, and implementation activities that help small businesses overcome operational, technical, workforce, and market access challenges. Projects must target strategically important industries such as advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, defense, energy, food/agriculture, or transportation/logistics, aiming to strengthen supplier readiness, improve production capabilities, and expand small business involvement in critical supply chains.
