Description
This opportunity, offered by the Hawai'i Community Foundation (HCF) under its CHANGE Health and Wellness sector, provides funding to organizations in Hawai‘i that serve people with disabilities. The grant aims to strengthen community-based health and wellness supports, encourage advocacy and infrastructure improvements, and foster greater participation and leadership from those with lived experience. Grantees will participate in a cohort for shared learning and will advise on strategies to increase equitable access and representation in decision-making.
