Description
This funding opportunity supports the identification, return, and reintegration of Ukrainian children and youth who have been forcibly transferred to or held in the Russian Federation and Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine. The program has two major objectives: (1) supporting secure collection, analysis, and preservation of evidence related to these children and youth, and (2) enabling the Government of Ukraine and local organizations to provide returned children and youth with specialized rehabilitation, family reunification, and reintegration services. The award is structured as a cooperative agreement, meaning the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR/ACE) will have substantial involvement in project oversight.
