Description
This funding opportunity supports the delivery of comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in Haiti under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The program aims to advance the Government of Haiti’s strategic plans for HIV and TB by supporting identification, treatment, and retention of people living with HIV, including adults and children. Activities include facility-based HIV testing and counseling, rapid linkage to treatment, adherence monitoring, differentiated service delivery models, and routine clinical and viral load monitoring. Implementation will occur in 8–10 administrative departments, with adjustments based on epidemiological data and evolving needs. Recipients are expected to collaborate with local health teams, faith and community leaders, and associations of people living with HIV to achieve national and PEPFAR goals.
