Summary: Supports regional and local authorities in the EU and associated countries to develop and implement innovative, tailored Action Plans for climate resilience, with expert guidance and financial support.

Key Information: At least 70% of the total grant must be distributed as financial support to third parties (regional/local authorities); applicants previously funded by Pathways2Resilience are ineligible.
