--- ## Description The Sustainable Technical Communities Funding Program, offered by the Internet Society Foundation, supported the organization of technical events aimed at building and sustaining strong local and regional Internet technical communities. Its objectives were to foster knowledge exchange on Internet development, enhance technical capacity, support policy advisory roles, and promote collaborative dialogue. The program funded events that contributed to a resilient Internet ecosystem by strengthening technical expertise and community networks. For current opportunities, visit the [Internet Society Foundation Funding Areas](https://www.isocfoundation.org/funding-areas/) page.* --- ## Funding Amount - Up to USD $6,000 per event. - One sponsorship per organization for local or national events per year. - Up to two sponsorships per organization for regional events per year.
