    Description

    This opportunity, administered by the Syria Regional Platform in cooperation with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, funds projects by alumni of U.S. government-funded or sponsored exchange programs. The aim is to leverage alumni expertise and networks to support U.S. policy objectives, promote shared interests, and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States (Freedom 250). Projects must be implemented outside the United States and U.S. territories, and should address themes such as technology leadership, economic opportunity, peace initiatives, or defending freedom of speech. Each project must involve at least two eligible alumni and demonstrate a clear benefit to local communities.
