--- ## Description The Systems Change grant program, offered by the Jackson Community Foundation, is designed to support coalitions of organizations that are working collaboratively with Jackson County’s most economically challenged communities. The focus is on addressing the region’s most persistent and complex problems through structural or systemic change, rather than isolated or one-time services. Projects must align with at least one of the Foundation’s Grantmaking Aims: We Are Healthy, We Reach Our Full Potential, We Live in a Socially Just Community, We Are Safe, and Our Basic Needs Are Met.
