--- ## Description The Systems Change grant program, offered by the Jackson Community Foundation, is designed to support coalitions of organizations working together with Jackson County’s most economically challenged neighborhoods. The goal is to address persistent and complex community issues through systemic, collaborative change. Projects must align with at least one of the Foundation’s Grantmaking Aims: health, social justice, safety, potential, or basic needs.
