--- ## Description The Target Lasting Change Grant Initiative, administered by the Knox County Community Foundation (an affiliate of the Community Foundation Alliance), aims to fund transformative projects within Knox County, Indiana, that enhance quality of life and quality of place. This competitive grant awards a single $100,000 grant to the proposal that most closely aligns with the program's goals.
