Description
This program aims to implement targeted strategies for delivering treatment and related services for substance use disorder (SUD) and/or co-occurring disorder (COD) in communities disproportionately affected by these issues. Recipients are expected to use public health data to identify local needs and support evidence-based, population-appropriate treatment and services. The initiative seeks to address gaps in care and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations facing SUD/COD.
