    Description

    This open call supports community-led, operational-scale deployment of innovative solutions to restore marine and freshwater ecosystems in the Mediterranean Sea basin. Projects must advance from pilot-level maturity (TRL 5) to operational demonstration (TRL 6–7+), delivering measurable environmental benefits and contributing to the EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030." Funded activities include technical deployment, business and impact case development, and strategies for replication and investment readiness. All actions must align with EU policy objectives such as reducing plastic litter, restoring ecosystems, and promoting sustainable blue economy solutions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quantified outcomes are required.
