The Teaching Roundtable Program is designed to foster the exchange of ideas about effective teaching among faculty in a collegial, supportive, and non-evaluative setting. Participants are organized into self-governed groups—typically of four faculty members—who meet regularly for discussions and observe each other’s teaching styles. The program encourages collaboration, mutual learning, and the cultivation of a supportive teaching community that extends beyond the program’s duration. The main goal is to develop pedagogy and promote collegiality among faculty members.
