The TeamUp program, launched in 2021 by the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, connects small nonprofits in Southern Arizona with a pool of vetted consulting professionals. The program offers up to 20 hours of fully underwritten consulting and coaching per organization, designed to help nonprofits at pivotal moments in their lifecycle—such as leadership transitions, strategic planning, organizational restructuring, or capacity building. TeamUp aims to empower nonprofits that otherwise lack resources for professional guidance, fostering new collaborations and innovative solutions to community challenges. Projects are short-term and must generally be completed within six months.
