--- ## Description This funding opportunity under the LIFE Programme supports technical assistance for the preparation of Strategic Integrated Projects (SIPs) focused on Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation. The grant is intended to help applicants develop high-quality proposals for large-scale projects that implement national, regional, or urban climate strategies and plans, such as National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs), Long-Term Strategies (LTS), adaptation strategies, and sector-specific greenhouse gas mitigation roadmaps. Projects should foster the transition to climate-neutral and climate-resilient societies, including actions in the context of the EU Mission "Climate Neutral and Smart Cities" and Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.
