The Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP) at the U.S. Department of State is soliciting applications for a cooperative agreement to implement the Technology Gateway Program (TECHGATE). This program aims to accelerate the adoption of trusted American and allied digital and cyber technologies by eligible foreign governments and critical infrastructure operators. TECHGATE is designed to provide a comprehensive, scalable approach to technology procurement, implementation, and knowledge transfer—enabling recipient countries to build sustainable local capacity in requirements identification, procurement, logistics, deployment, and configuration of digital technologies.
The program is part of the Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP) and directly supports U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives by countering the influence of untrusted suppliers, strengthening international digital infrastructure, and promoting secure and open digital ecosystems worldwide.
